Recensa uses a small number of third-party providers ("subprocessors") to operate our service. We list every one of them here, what data each touches, and where that data is processed, so your security and procurement teams can review without a sales call.
We will update this page before adding a new subprocessor that processes Customer Document Data. To be notified of changes, email privacy@recensa.ai and ask to be added to our subprocessor change list.

- The three AI providers above form an independent review panel. Recensa operates under each provider's commercial API terms, under which customer data is not used to train their models. See How Recensa Handles Your Documents and AI for retention and deletion details.
